2. The item(s) must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. We kindly request that you return the item(s) with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return and exchange for store credit, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to complete your return.
3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition, along with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip in the package.
4. Ship the package back to our designated return address, which will be provided by our customer support team. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing Your Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card or voucher. You will be notified via email when the store credit is processed, and it can be used for future purchases on our website.
Non-Returnable Items:
